Score Group plc are happy to announce the acquisition of the acoustic emissions products and related intellectual property of Dunegan Engineering Company, Inc. (DECI). All DECI AE products are now available through Score Atlanta, Inc. and will be marketed under the Score-Dunegan product line.
DECI has been a leading manufacturer of high quality acoustic sensors and data acquisition technology used for acoustic monitoring of structures, pressure vessels, piping and valves since 1986. Score Atlanta, a wholly owned subsidiary of Score Group plc supplies monitoring systems and services for valves used in power, oil and gas and other process industries. This acquisition compliments the current valve monitoring product lines of Score Atlanta and along with ongoing product development activities will help lower the cost of Score’s existing monitoring systems that employ AE technology. Score Atlanta is also well positioned to offer DECI customers a high level of product technical support for general acoustic emissions applications.
