Atlantic LNG held their 9th annual CEO awards competition earlier this year, where they invited employees of Atlantic and interested contractors of Atlantic to enter submissions for the competition in any of the following categories:
Cost Management & Value Creation
HSSE & Asset Integrity
Ms. Nicole Giuseppi, HR Team Leader submitted an entry on behalf of Score in the “People” category for Score Trinidad’s Modern Apprenticeship Programme. The application was very detailed and entailed justifying the project in Demonstrated Impact, Innovation/Creativity, Commitment/Drive to Excellence, Sustainability – Built to Last, Collaborative Working and Core Values Alignment.
Thirty four entries were submitted to Atlantic and after being interviewed by a panel of seven judges, including the CEO of Atlantic, Score was one of twelve finalists invited to receive an award at the CEO Awards ceremony which was held at the Hilton Ballroom in Port of Spain on June 4th, 2017.
Members of the Score Trinidad team invited to the awards ceremony were Graeme Stephen (Operations Director), Nicole Guiseppe (HR Team Leader), Sheronne Ling (QA/QC Team Leader), Lex Hinds (Apprentice Co-ordinator) and Peter Cowe (Workshop Manager).
It was great exposure for the apprenticeship programme, as a short video was shown to the audience of Graeme Stephen and Nicole Giuseppi explaining what the programme is about and highlighting its benefits. It was a lovely evening and the Score Team were very proud to be recognised by Atlantic for our contributions.
