Industrial 2D Digital X-ray and 2D Computed Tomography System 

Using our state-of-the-art digital x-ray system we can inspect the likes of fuel nozzles, to find any defects which may be causing issues with production. This advanced system allows us to delve deep inside the product, layer by layer.

We use Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) to detect defects on various fuel nozzles, accessories and auxiliaries. 

Gas Flow Test Facility

Score Groups Gas Flow Test Facility provides state of the art flow performance testing of fuel metering valves, process control valves and auxiliary equipment.  

The facility was specially designed to provide high accuracy measurement across a wide flow range to meet the needs of end users and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and today is utilized to validate some of the world’s most high precision DLE (Dry Low Emission) valves for the Oil & Gas and Power generation industries.
