For many years now Score (Europe) Limited has consistently maintained their Investors in People (IIP) accreditation. The company has recently opted for a more regular review programme which will take place every 18 months, as opposed to waiting the for the full three year reaccreditation cycle. This approach will help us to ensure that the ethos of IIP is more evenly applied and reviewed over the three year cycle. This also provides a better fit with the company’s commitment to continuous improvement. Our recent 18 month review took place at the end of March with excellent results.
