This supports flawless start-up and operational excellence.

Utilising (Ex Rated) Tablets we can collect all valuable datapoints of each joint before an outage begins reducing any potential hold ups this approach rules out any chance of incorrect torques, supply of gaskets and bolting, access, potential clash points for on-site machines and the general condition of the joint.

We record the full life cycle of the bolted joint connection from dis-assembly, Inspection, Machine rework (where applicable), re-assembly, controlled tightening while tracking the workflow through our traffic light system tags and Joint Metrix workflow database system. On completion of flange management scopes, we can provide project management for any required leak testing to ensure the system is complete and ready for us use when its handed back over.
