Our on-site machining services team offer market leading equipment with fully qualified multi-skilled machinists to ECITB Standards.

We provide a comprehensive range of machining activities including O/D & I/D mount flange facing machines to cover RTJ grooves, raised faces, compact flanges & hubs up to a 72" diameter.

We offer pipe cutting, end prep work, valve seal area machining, grinding and lapping machines, as well as milling, drilling and hot tapping solutions. Where standard equipment is not suitable due to restrictions, mounting points or space we can provide bespoke machining solutions on request and carry out in-house trials.
