Accounts Payable Assistant (12 month FTC)
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a fixed term contract basis to support our Europe Accounts team in the day to day accounts payable duties.

Location : Peterhead
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Process all invoices and credits received
- Liaise with internal buyers
- Resolve all invoice queries
- Update invoice register of all invoices/credits received
- External liaison with suppliers
- Provide statistics regarding invoices processed and queries received
- Reconcile statements received from suppliers
- Preparation of proposed payment run
- Review Aged Accounts Payable report and explain debit balances
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
- Some accounting knowledge
- Effective communication skills
