Business Administrator
Based at our premises in Great Yarmouth, the Administrator will be responsible for carrying out any administrative duties relating to work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Processing of received purchase orders
- Preparation and submission of invoices
- Run reports from company systems
- Utilise financial planning tools
- Responsibility for WIP updates with the service team
- Contractual reviews and order acknowledgments
- Updating service, repair and sales systems
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting criteria
- Qualification to minimum NVQ level 3 in admin related discipline and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience of document management advantageous, not necessarily with document submission systems.
- Professional approach appropriate to the role.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Produces good quality work in a timely manner.
- Team worker, supportive, adaptable, accepts challenge, pro-active.
- Sound organisational skills and structured working methods.
- Integrity, open, honest, enthusiastic and a good team player.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
