Business Support Administrator (Cowdenbeath)

Business Support Administrator: Supporting the local operations by taking on this various administration tasks required

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator who has great attention to detail, good knowledge of Microsoft packages and enjoy working as part of a team, then this is a great opportunity to use your administrative skills within a fast paced and varied environment.

  • Open and process of all enquiries and jobs
  • General duties including typing, data input, filing, scanning, meeting minutes
  • Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external Clients
  • Update and utilise company systems – electronic and paper based
  • Manage telephone calls and enquiries
  • Processing of internal and external purchase requisition
  • Preparation and submission of invoices
  • Run reports from company systems
  • Generation of status reports to Clients
  • Preparation of shutdown planners
  • Internal expediting duties
  • Qualification to SVQ3 in Administration and to minimum National 5 with work experience in a related discipline or Higher qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrator role is essential
  • Effective communication skills; both written and oral
  • Experienced in using Microsoft packages
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as a team member and to take own initiative
