Business Support Administrator

Based at our premises in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, the Administrator will be responsible for carrying out any administrative duties relating to work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions.   

  • Input and update data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with filing, organising, and maintaining office paperwork
  • Work closely with various departments, offering support and ensuring effective communication
  • Manage telephone calls and enquiries
  • Internal expediting
  • Processing of internal and external purchase requisitions
  • Preparation and submission of invoices
  • Generate and deliver reports
  • Assist in the controlling of ALL Score / Client folders relating to purchasing/goods receiving administration
  • Preparation of shutdown planners
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to Customs issues related to the Company’s business
  • Any other reasonable duties
  • Qualification to minimum NVQ level 3 in admin related discipline and/or relevant work experience.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational skills
