Inside Sales Specialist (Canada)
At an exciting time to join Score’s Edmonton team, we are looking for a Inside Sales Specialist to support our growing, fast paced sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Provide support to the Sales Manager.
- Open and acknowledge enquiries received from customers and record on system.
- Solicit vendors for quotes based on customer specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and company standards.
- Convert opportunities on the system and issue order acknowledgment to customer upon receipt of a reviewed and accepted purchase order.
- Produce invoices and archive job files on the system.
- Processes a variety of documents, including forms, form letters, and other written materials, ensuring high standards of speed and accuracy.
- Utilizes the 20:20 system to raise purchase orders, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2000 and ABSA procedures by verifying the accuracy of all information and securing necessary authorizations.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Expedite vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the internal customer resource management (CRM) system.
- Follow-up with customers after quote to actively sell with intent to generate revenue.
- Synergize with Repairs and Site Services teams to assist in valve and parts pricing, adding value, generating greater revenue
- Maintain and archive obsolete opportunities in the CRM.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- High School Diploma, supplemented with 2-3 years of related industry experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
