Maintenance Planner
About the role
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning/delivery of PSV recertification materials, overseeing and reporting of offshore campaign work, the updating of various internal and client databases .
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instruction
- Manage all Quotations Quoted Awaiting Authorisation through to conversion or closure
- Produce Purchase Requisition for procurement of PSV & Spares to satisfy new supply activities
- Co-ordination and interface function for all aspects of the Score organisation to ensure all materials are delivered in a timely manner
- Checking and ensuring the accuracy of status reporting as per client’s requirements
- Provide technical support to the customer for PSV related issues
- Ensure PSV registers and all client systems are fully updated at all times
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the valve industry).
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- CMMS Experience e.g. SAP / Maximo / Dynaway (preferred but not essential)
- Personal Presentation:Professional approach appropriate to the role
- Communication Presentation: Good oral and written communication skills
- Work Presentation: Produces good quality work in a timely manner
- Interpersonal: Team worker, supportive, adaptable, accepts challenge, pro-active
- Self-Management: Sound organisational skills and structured working methods
- Personal Disposition: Integrity, open, honest, enthusiastic and a good team player.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
