About the Role

At an exciting time to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. We are seeking a proactive Site HSEQ Administrator to support our activities.

As the Site HSEQ Administrator at Score (Canada) Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) operations across Canada and the Americas.

Based at CNRL Horizon and reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, this position is integral to maintaining compliance, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvement in safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and technical tasks, from managing equipment registers and audit systems to coordinating training schedules and supporting incident investigations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information in a fast-paced industrial environment. • Maintain ‘Lifting Equipment Register’, ensuring that inspections are completed, as required.
• Maintain WHMIS / ‘Controlled Products Register’ and associated SDS.
• Maintain ‘Calibration Register’.
• Manage and monitor START Card system.
• Manage and monitor ALL System.
• Manage and monitor Interventions system, including classification of AIMS cards.
• Manage and monitor Approved Suppliers and Training Providers, including supplier audits as required.
• Assist with the managing and monitoring ISNetworld account, ensuring no deficiencies reported, as required.
• Review and manage HSEQ controlled forms.
• Issue and order personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and perform required internal audits.
• Update information for SQCDP boards.
• HSEQ Investigations such as near miss and incidents.
• NCR & INC Investigations.
• Workshop inspections.
• HSE Meetings with reporting (Monthly).
• SQCDP Meetings (Monthly).
• Group Report (Monthly).
• Goals and Objectives (Monthly).
• Participate and encourage others to participate in company HSEQ initiatives.
• Work within the company’s policies, procedures, operating standards and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe working environment to avoid risks to self and others.
• Always wear correct PPE.
• Ensure all work is being completed to the highest standard of quality.
• Any other reasonable duties required to meet the requirements of the business.

• Associate degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Access, Project & PowerPoint required.
