Stores Administrator (Newfoundland)

About the role

At an exciting time to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Paradise, Newfoundland, Canada. We are seeking a proactive Stores Administrator to support Stores Operation activities. Reporting to the Operations Director of Eastern Canada Division, the Stores Administrator will be responsible for the completion of any administration related work within the Stores Operation activities. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
  • Compiling pressure test reports for general valves/actuators/PSV’S + Updating test log Spreadsheets.
  • Compiling Project Picking Lists and Return Orders.
  • Scanning the below documents into shared job folders – Delivery Notes, Goods in / Goods out Checklists, Stores Returns and Requisitions, QA Cards / Charts, Final Test Reports, NDE Reports & Paint Reports
  • Assisting with QA / Stores Document creation / Scanning and saving.
  • Updating stock on system & editing PO locations for PO Receipts.
  • Cross trained for providing assistance and coverage for workshop & sales administrators.
  • Marine & Cenovus administrative support for inventory management.
  • Ensuring all department administration is updated correctly in a timely cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure you are working at maximum capacity to meet priority deadlines.
  • Prepare for and attend in-house meetings to discuss ongoing / future tasks.
  • Assist in the controlling of ALL Score / Client folders relating to administration within the materials team.
  • Adhere to the controls in place regarding to the Company archives.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to Customs issues related to the Company’s business.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary office education (Office Admin or Equivalent)
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Access, Project & PowerPoint required.
