Valve cladding constitutes an important part of our activities and we specialise in hot-wire TIG cladding. This includes Inconel 625 overlays.
We have a large stock of corrosion/wear resistant welding and cladding components incorporating ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Hard-wearing Inconel 625 is widely used on critical seal areas on valves, but we also keep stock of other material including Inconel 718, F51 Duplex and F55 Duplex.

A range of machines are used to grind the outside diameters of large shafts, internal diameters for bearing housings, flat surfaces such as gate valves and spherical grinding for ball valve components.
Diamond Grinding of Tungsten Carbide is a speciality and we have the ability to HVOF coat and grind ball valves up to 36" diameter bore.
