The Appointment of our New COO and CIO

We’re thrilled to announce two key appointments in our senior leadership team. Ian Coull has joined us as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Jon Sim, as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Ian holds an impressive track record of over 30 years in senior leadership roles in the Oil & Gas and Offshore Renewables sectors, both in the UK and internationally. As COO, Ian will define and implement both growth and execution strategies, driving efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. His leadership will be instrumental as Score continues to grow globally.

With a distinguished background in delivering advanced IT analytics, decision intelligence, advanced AI, as well as driving digital transformations, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision to Score. He will lead our information technology initiatives, leveraging innovation and driving continuous improvement to ensure our organisation remains agile in a rapidly evolving landscape.
