Throughout his 20+ years in the energy sector, Nick has demonstrated a consistent track record of driving sustainable growth and profitability through strategic market expansion and operational improvements. He has spearheaded significant advancements across a range of technical solutions, from subsea and offshore equipment to surface pressure control, valves, and pumps.
Prior to joining Score, he held Vice President and operational leadership roles at Baker Hughes, Flowserve, and GE Oil & Gas. International assignments in Madrid, Houston, and Aberdeen have enabled him to bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of key markets to deliver results that will position the company for resilience and long-term success.

Throughout her tenure at Score, Anita has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operational excellence. Joining in 2001, she has progressed through key leadership positions, including valve controller and director, culminating in her appointment as CFO in 2014.
Her background includes a solid foundation in audit and tax with Cooper & Lybrand and PwC, coupled with experience in banking and industry sectors. This diverse expertise enables Anita to deliver financial resilience and drive strategic decision-making that positions Score for sustainable growth and success in a dynamic marketplace.

Ian is Score’s Commercial Director and a member of the company’s board of directors. With over 35 years at Score, Ian has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global success. He oversees worldwide commercial operations, including 100 major long-term contracts, across 30+ locations on six continents.
Ian previously served as Managing Director of Score Europe and led the development of the company’s valve maintenance management contracts, a key driver of Score’s growth. Ian holds a Diploma in Company Direction and began his career with an engineering apprenticeship at Cleveland Twist Drill.
