The acquisition of Drake Controls LLC – a globally recognised provider of advanced digital control solutions for industrial gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, and reciprocating engines -significantly expands our digital capabilities, positioning the company at the forefront of intelligent control solutions for industrial gas turbines and associated engines. Drake Controls is one of Woodward Inc’s largest energy aftermarket business partners, with authorised sales and service centres across the United States and Mexico.

The acquisition of BLJ In-Situ Solutions amplifies our presence in Australasia and enhances our on-site machining, maintenance, and shutdown expertise—supporting critical industries such as oil and gas, power generation, and mining.

The acquisitions mark significant milestones for Score, a D2Zero Company, diversifying our service portfolio, strengthening our global footprint and expanding our technical capabilities across key markets including energy, defence, and aerospace.
