Score wins Impact Innovation Award at DEMOday 2026

Score has been recognised with the Impact Innovation Award at DEMOday 2026, hosted by the International Minerals Innovation Institute (IMII).

The award was presented to Score’s Group Materials & Innovation Manager, Dr Evelyn Ng, for her presentation “Advanced Surface Technologies for Severe-Service in Potash and Uranium Processing Equipment.”

The work builds on Score’s patented coating technology for valve trim protection in severe service applications, including our BM-1600™ and FM-1500™ systems, which reduce unplanned downtime and extend service life.

The Impact Innovation Award recognises innovation with real operational impact and a genuine step change in performance, judged by industry representatives from across the potash and uranium mining and processing sectors.

Congratulations to Evelyn and the whole team behind this work. Thank you to IMII for hosting an event that brings innovators and industry together, and congratulations also to all of this year’s DEMOday award winners for driving innovation forward in the minerals industry.
