We welcome you to interact with us on the official Score Group social media pages; we actively encourage you to openly interact with our page in the form of posting comments, photos and questions.
Activity on the Score Group social media pages will be monitored and we will remove any content that is inappropriate or offensive. Please reference a list of community guidelines below to ensure your user generated content is not removed.
- Please respect the views and opinions of all other users of the Score Group social media pages
- Users understand that the Score Group social media pages are not a customer service channel. Please send any email enquiries through via the contact form on our website or to your local representative
- Customer service enquiries published to any Score Group social media accounts will be passed on to our team and may be subject to removal
- Applications for vacancies should be sent directly via email, including CV and covering letter, to our HR team. For some positions, we do not accept applications via social media (we used LinkedInJobs for suitable roles), third parties or agencies will be contacted directly if services are required
- Users should also make themselves aware of the social media platforms’ own terms and conditions
We reserve the right to remove comments and ban users, without notification, including those which:
- Bully, harass or intimidate any individual or organisation
- Negatively targets protected characteristics
- Are clearly unlawful, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or profane
- Infringe or violate someone else’s rights
- Violate the law
- Discuss ongoing legal proceedings
- Name employees of Score Group in relation to a service rendered
- Are spam
- Advertise products or services
- Are irrelevant or off-topic
- Are disruptive
- Are repetitive
We will also remove or ban any user who:
- Continues to post comments such as those listed above
- Uses offensive images as their profile picture, for example, sexually explicit images
- Has an offensive user name
